Shiso Fine is the first Japanese Food Truck to join the City of Sydney brigade, serving Modern Japanese Street Food with a twist and bringing gourmet to the streets.
Handmade Pork & Garlic Chive gyoza are a speciality but the truck also offers vegetarian/vegan gyoza with tofu & mixed asian vegetables. All gyoza are served with a house-made sauce and cooked in the traditional method.
Other options include chicken yakitori roll with ginger wasabi mayo, served on a freshly baked baguette or in a salad with signature Tokyo Slaw, and their unique Apple Crumble Dessert Gyoza with ice cream & walnut crumble.
Shiso Fine will be in Hornsby Mall each Friday and is not to be missed this Sunset Sessions.
Chur Burger was born from a simple vision… Warren Turnbull’s love for burgers. The original establishment is nestled in the back streets of the bustling food-loving haven of Surry Hills, offering a great burger at a great price. Using the tastiest of ingredients, keeping them simple, cooking each burger to order and served with a vanilla milkshake or boutique soft drink, Chur Burger bar turned into a small frenzy in a very short space of time.
The idea of the Chur Burger food truck was to bring the high demand for Warren’s burgers to the suburbs. Former Aria and Pink Salt chef Will Love-Hill took over the licence from Chur owner and friend Warren Turnbull (who still looks over the business, making sure the quality is there) and began trading with great success. Usually out West, the truck will make its debut appearance in Hornsby at each week’s Sunset Sessions serving all the classic Chur Burgers from a newly re-painted truck.
Sir Knuckle is the Sydney Gnocchi food truck, serving up these delicious balls of goodness in a variety of sauces, from traditional pesto to chilli sausage.
Monster Rolls was established in November 2014 as one of Sydney’s first food trucks. The truck specialises in slow cooked meats and chicken schnitzel served in a freshly baked baguette, paired with signature home-made sauces to give you the ultimate monster experience.
